MALYA serves a carefully limited number of members worldwide. This constraint is fundamental to the quality of service and depth of attention that defines every engagement.
We do not accept unsolicited enquiries or open applications. Membership is extended exclusively through the personal introduction of an existing member whose judgement and relationship with the office is already established.
This is the basis upon which trust is built — not through contracts alone, but through the fabric of personal recommendation.
An existing member introduces a prospective individual or family to the office through a confidential referral.
A private assessment is conducted to understand the prospective member's circumstances, requirements, and alignment with the office's principles.
A discreet meeting is arranged between the prospective member and a senior representative of the office, at a location of mutual convenience.
Upon mutual agreement, a bespoke engagement framework is established, and the member is welcomed into the office's confidence.
The privilege of membership is not access to services — it is the knowledge that one's affairs are held in the most capable and discreet hands.
